WHEN SHOULD I SELECT A DEEP CLEANING?
First and foremost, deep cleanings are for homes that have not been cleaned by a professional maid service within the last 30 days.
Deep cleanings are also recommended for special events and celebrations: any time you want your home to have an extra sparkle. Whether it’s the holiday season, a birthday, or just to impress your guests, deep cleanings give your home that extra time and attention.
We also recommend deep cleanings for realtors, property managers, and landlords. We often work with companies that do showings before selling a home, plus Airbnb rentals and anyone providing temporary housing.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT A DEEP CLEANING?
Easyway Maid Service uses the same exhaustive cleaning checklist for both deep and standard/regular cleanings. All of our cleanings cover these items, as we deem them all to be essential for a pretty home. However, with a deep cleaning, extra time is included to get the more difficult dust and grime out of your home. We include a slightly longer time estimate for accurate scheduling, and your cleaning professionals are notified and paid extra for their additional time and effort.
I WANT AN INITIAL DEEP CLEAN BEFORE I SET UP RECURRING SERVICE
When you select a deep cleaning + monthly, weekly, or bi-weekly service with us, the deep cleaning is applied only to the first booking. We find that this is what most people are looking for.
However, you can always use the special instructions section to write any notes. If you want every cleaning to have that extra elbow grease, our maids are happy to accomodate you, and we will add it to your service when we see your notes. If you want pricing for this, just give us a call and we’ll tell you! Right now our booking software automatically removes the deep cleaning charge after the initial house cleaning.
HOW MUCH IS A DEEP CLEANING?
We offer deep cleaning as part of our flat rate packages. If you’ve signed up for an hourly cleaning, just add more time than you think is necessary, and leave any notes you want us to see about your cleaning.
For our flat rate packages (what 90% of Easyway Maid Service customers select), here is the additional charge by home size:
- 1-2 bedrooms homes | $25.00 extra
- 3-4 bedrooms homes | $40.00 extra
- 5-6 bedrooms homes | $60.00 extra
- 7+ bedrooms homes | select our hourly rate instead
